Terms & Conditions

Engagement

By engaging Xeeva Concierge, you enter into a private arrangement for bespoke travel design services. All itineraries are composed individually and are proprietary to Xeeva Concierge until final confirmation and full payment.

Bookings & Payments

A non-refundable deposit secures your itinerary. Final payment is due no later than thirty days prior to departure. All transactions are conducted through secure, private channels.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than sixty days prior to departure receive a partial credit toward future travel. Cancellations within sixty days are subject to the policies of individual properties and operators, over which Xeeva Concierge exercises no control.

Liability

Xeeva Concierge acts as an independent designer and facilitator. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or conditions of third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, and ground operators. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly advised.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be resolved through confidential arbitration in London.
