The quiet
architecture
of rare travel.

For those accustomed to possibility — and selective about whom they trust.

Xeeva serves a small circle of private clients, families, founders and leaders around the world. We begin with the individual, exercise judgement around what deserves consideration, and open the right doors through relationships cultivated quietly over time.

From the first correspondence until your return home, your relationship remains directly with Xeeva.

Private by nature. Precise by design.

Xeeva Concierge

A Private Concierge House for Travel & Access

The world is available. Your time is not.

Exceptional hotels can be found. Aircraft can be chartered. Yachts can be sourced. Restaurants can be reserved.

But access alone does not create an exceptional experience. Knowing what deserves your time does. Knowing who can be trusted does. Knowing what should be removed entirely from your attention does.

That is where Xeeva begins.

We listen. We consider. We narrow. We introduce.

Throughout the journey, you remain in direct contact with Xeeva. No starting again. No explaining the context to a different person every time something changes. One relationship that already understands the reason behind the request.

The Concierge

Private, by nature.

Xeeva Concierge was created for clients who prefer one trusted relationship over a collection of disconnected contacts.

Every request begins privately. Sometimes with a destination. Sometimes with a date. Sometimes with little more than: “Can you look into this?” That is enough.

We research the requirement and draw upon a carefully developed international network of independent specialists across travel, hospitality and private access. The purpose is not to present more options. It is to identify the right ones.

As the journey develops, Xeeva remains personally available. Before departure. While you are away. Until you return.

Xeeva Concierge is the private concierge house of Xeeva Agency. One standard. Two disciplines.

The Difference

Better judgement, not more access.

Our clients rarely need someone to tell them what is expensive. They need someone who knows the difference between expensive and exceptional.

Less noise. Fewer decisions. More certainty.

  • The largest suite is not always the right room.
  • The most famous restaurant is not always the right table.
  • The newest yacht is not automatically the right charter.
  • The most obvious destination can be the wrong answer.

What should never require your attention?

The timing of the transfer.

The right aircraft specialist.

Whether a residence is genuinely private.

Whether a hotel understands discretion.

Who should meet you on arrival.

What changes if plans move by six hours.

Exceptional concierge is rarely defined by what the client notices — more often by what they never had to think about.

The Xeeva Method

Four quiet movements.

01

Understand

The individual before the itinerary.

Every relationship begins with a private conversation. Who is travelling. Why now. How you prefer to move. What matters and what does not. What you have loved before, and what you never want repeated. What should feel effortless — and what should never require your attention.

02

Consider

Possibility, edited.

Xeeva researches the request and considers the independent specialists, properties, places and experiences that genuinely merit attention. We do not aim to produce the longest list. We aim to make the list shorter.

03

Connect

The right people, thoughtfully introduced.

Where appropriate, Xeeva creates considered introductions to selected independent specialists whose capabilities and standards match the request. The purpose is not access for its own sake. It is relevance. The right person, the right place, the right moment.

04

Remain

Your concierge remains with you.

The introduction is not the end of Xeeva's role. Throughout the journey you retain direct access to Xeeva for context, further recommendations, refinements and concierge support within the scope of our engagement. Plans change. Preferences change. You should not need to establish a new relationship every time they do.

Individual third-party services ultimately selected remain subject to the relevant provider's availability, terms and direct agreement with the client. Third-party specialists remain responsible for the services they independently provide.

Founder Access

Personally held.

Xeeva was deliberately created as a highly personal house. For our private clients, this means something increasingly rare: you know who holds the relationship.

I remain directly involved from the first conversation through the development of the request and, where agreed, throughout the journey itself.

There is no anonymous service desk between us. No need to repeat preferences to a new person every time the conversation moves. No handover simply because departure has taken place.

When you travel with Xeeva as your concierge, you retain a direct line to me. Not because every detail should pass through one person — but because someone should always understand the whole picture.

The Private Network

A world behind one relationship.

Behind Xeeva is a carefully developed network of independent specialists. Some are internationally known. Others work almost entirely through private recommendation.

We do not publish the network. We do not measure it by size. We ask one question:

Would we trust this person with a Xeeva client?

The names remain private. The standard does not.

Destination specialists

Access should have a reason.

  • A residence never publicly marketed.
  • A chef cooking somewhere no restaurant exists.
  • A captain who knows a coastline differently.
  • A table held by relationship rather than algorithm.

Access without relevance is simply theatre.

Xeeva first asks: why does this belong in this particular journey?

Only then does access become meaningful.

Considered, not collected.

We consider capability, character, discretion, responsiveness, consistency and local knowledge. And finally: would we place a Xeeva client's trust in their hands? If the answer is uncertain, the relationship does not enter the network.

The specialists within and introduced through Xeeva's network operate as independent professionals and businesses. Each remains responsible for its own services, availability, pricing, contractual terms, licensing, insurance, operational standards, safety and regulatory obligations.

Introduce your work.

If your work combines exceptional capability with discretion, responsiveness and a genuine understanding of private service, Xeeva welcomes a considered introduction.

What do you do that few others can?

The Collection

Places worth
knowing differently.

The Collection is not a catalogue of destinations. It is Xeeva's point of view on places that continue to hold our attention. Some are celebrated. Some beautifully overlooked. Some reveal themselves differently when timing, privacy and local knowledge are considered properly. What connects them is not geography. It is judgement.

Volume I

Hawaii — Nā Pali Coast, Kauaʻi

01Hawaii

Nā Pali Coast, Kauaʻi

Honopu — a sand beach beneath a five-hundred-foot arch, unreachable by road, by trail, or by any boat permitted to land. The last stretch is swum. Considered properly, it belongs at first light, before anyone else is on the water.

Cape Town — South Africa

02Cape Town

South Africa

A city that rewards local knowledge more than reputation. The peninsula before the gates open, a conservationist who knows why the timing matters, and a cellar table in Stellenbosch held quietly.

Los Angeles — California

03Los Angeles

California

Rarely the version most people are shown. A residence rather than a hotel, a gallery afternoon arranged privately, and a table where nobody records the room.

Oslo — Norway

04Oslo

Norway

A capital small enough to be taken privately. A cultural institution entered after everyone else has left, and the fjord as the only route worth using at the end of the evening.

Marbella — Costa del Sol

05Marbella

Costa del Sol

The hour the light climbs La Concha and the harbour goes still. A house above the town rather than an address on it, and a table held because of a relationship rather than a booking.

Bali — Nusa Penida, Indonesia

06Bali

Nusa Penida, Indonesia

Cliffs falling six hundred feet into water clear enough to read the reef from the ridge. Reached before the day begins, or not worth reaching at all.

Tokyo — Japan

07Tokyo

Japan

A city where access is granted by introduction, not by reservation. A counter that seats six, a residence above the district, and a pace set by someone who lives there.

Sydney — Australia

08Sydney

Australia

The harbour understood from the water rather than the shore. A private residence, a tender at the steps, and quiet weekends north of the city.

Maldives — Indian Ocean

09Maldives

Indian Ocean

Privacy measured in distance. The largest villa is not necessarily the most private, and the most recognisable island is not necessarily the one worth reaching.

Mexico — Riviera Maya

10Mexico

Riviera Maya

A coastline that changes entirely depending on who accompanies you. A limestone house on the water, and a crossing made before the day begins.

Kuala Lumpur — Malaysia

11Kuala Lumpur

Malaysia

A city that rewards those who move through it privately. Seen whole at the hour the lights come up, with rainforest an hour away when the schedule allows it.

Sopot — Baltic Coast

12Sopot

Baltic Coast

Beautifully overlooked. A seasonal, discreet stretch of the Baltic that almost never appears on an international itinerary — which is precisely the point.

Ljubljana — Slovenia

13Ljubljana

Slovenia

Europe's quietest capital after dark. Small enough to be taken privately, and an hour from the Alps in either direction.

Journey Notes

Not an itinerary. A possibility.

Norway

Norway

The privilege of stillness.

  • A fjord before the first boat appears.
  • A residence where the opposite shore provides the only light after sunset.
  • A helicopter used because time matters — not because spectacle does.
  • Dinner built around what arrived from the water that morning.
  • A cultural institution entered after everyone else has left.
  • A road avoided because there is a quieter way across the landscape.

Norway rarely requires embellishment. It requires timing. Context. And restraint.

The Maldives

The Maldives

Privacy measured in distance.

  • The largest villa is not necessarily the most private.
  • The most recognisable island is not necessarily the one worth reaching.
  • Perhaps the right answer is a residence at the edge of an atoll.
  • A marine specialist who knows the reef beyond the resort.
  • A captain who understands where the sea becomes still before sunset.
  • A table somewhere no restaurant exists.

And enough empty space in the day for nobody to ask what comes next.

Private Requests

Not every request begins with a destination.

“We have eight days together in October.”

“We need somewhere nobody knows us.”

“I have to be in Milan tomorrow.”

“There will be eleven of us. Three generations.”

“I need somewhere appropriate for this conversation.”

“Can you take a look at this?”

Bring us the requirement. We will begin there.

The Xeeva Circle — Private Membership

Some relationships should not begin again.

For clients who travel regularly and prefer continuity, Xeeva offers a limited private membership. The Xeeva Circle exists for clients and families who want Xeeva kept close throughout the year.

Over time, the relationship becomes more useful. We learn how you travel and how your family travels. Which rooms work and which do not. How decisions should be presented. How much structure you prefer. What should remain spontaneous. What should never appear on an itinerary. What deserves immediate attention — and what you would rather never have to think about.

Less explanation. Greater understanding. Better judgement.

Direct access to Xeeva

A personal relationship with Xeeva rather than an anonymous concierge desk.

Priority correspondence

Member requests receive priority consideration.

Continuity

Relevant preferences and travel context can be maintained, with the client's consent, so they do not need to be re-established for every request.

Private research

Destination, residence, hospitality and specialist research in response to member requirements.

Considered introductions

Introductions to selected independent specialists where appropriate.

Access throughout your journey

Where Xeeva is engaged in relation to a member journey, the member retains direct access to Xeeva throughout for concierge support, research, recommendations and appropriate assistance within the agreed scope.

Private correspondence

Occasional recommendations, places and observations selected for members rather than distributed publicly.

Private gatherings

Invitations to selected Xeeva or partner occasions where appropriate.

Your concierge. Not a concierge desk.

Membership of the Xeeva Circle is intentionally personal. Members have direct access to Xeeva and, within the scope of the relationship, to the founder personally.

The value of this is not simply responsiveness. It is context. When circumstances change halfway through a journey, you should not need to explain from the beginning. When a family preference matters, it should already be understood. When an executive office contacts us on behalf of a principal, the relationship should already exist.

The more we understand, the less you need to explain.

The Circle may be particularly relevant for

Private familieswho travel frequently and value continuity.

Founders & principalswhose private and professional lives regularly cross borders.

Family officeslooking for a trusted external concierge relationship for selected principals.

Executive officesthat occasionally receive private or highly sensitive travel requirements outside conventional corporate travel.

International clientswhose lives move between several homes, countries and schedules.

Membership is not prepaid travel.

Membership pays for the Xeeva relationship. It does not prepay flights, hotels, yachts, villas, transfers, restaurants, guides or independent experiences. Those remain separately priced and are contracted and paid for directly between the client and the relevant independent provider.

Continuity · Priority · Research · Judgement · Concierge access · The relationship

Private projects.

Some requests require more than ongoing concierge counsel. Where a brief involves significant research, coordination or specialist work, Xeeva may propose a separate Private Project engagement. Scope and professional fee are agreed privately before work begins.

Membership is limited and considered individually following a private conversation.

The Founder

The hand behind Xeeva.

Anastasia Alexeeva, founder of Xeeva Concierge

Anastasia Alexeeva

Founder — Xeeva

Xeeva began with one conviction: exceptional service should never feel like administration.

My professional life has moved through hospitality, aviation, culture, communication, leadership and psychology. They may appear unrelated. To me, they teach one discipline.

Hospitality teaches anticipation. Aviation teaches precision. Culture teaches context. Communication teaches clarity. Leadership teaches accountability. Psychology teaches us to understand the person before attempting to design the experience. Together, they shape how I approach every Xeeva relationship.

I am less interested in what can be obtained than in understanding what deserves consideration. Clients may come to Xeeva with a journey. But what they entrust to us is more valuable: their time, their privacy, their family, their reputation.

That trust determines the standard. And as founder, I remain personally close to the relationships we choose to hold.

A name within a name.

Xeeva is drawn from Alexeeva. Refined rather than reinvented.

It is also a quiet tribute to my father, and to a standard that continues to shape the house: precision without coldness, warmth without looseness. That principle sits behind every Xeeva relationship.

The Operating Mind

Built on structure. Led by judgement.

Valeria Skjørvestad, Chief Operating Officer of Xeeva Concierge

Valeria Skjørvestad

Chief Operating Officer — Xeeva Concierge

Valeria Skjørvestad is Chief Operating Officer of Xeeva Concierge, responsible for integrated operations, infrastructure and cross-border delivery. She designs and runs the systems that keep complex, high-stakes requirements on schedule, on standard and fully discreet.

Her career spans energy and oil & gas, consumer goods, and executive leadership. She holds an Executive MBA focused on technology, innovation, international marketing and corporate finance, and applies a commercial, data-driven discipline to every operational decision.

Hospitality remains her foundation. Early in her career she developed the operational instinct to anticipate a requirement before it is stated — a capability she now applies to private travel and lifestyle operations at scale.

At Xeeva Concierge, Valeria supports private offices, individuals, families, companies and ultra-high-net-worth clients through a single point of trust. Her mandate is straightforward: absorb complexity, protect the client's time, and deliver with consistency.

The world is available. Your time is not.
One relationship. Personally held throughout.
The journey may end. The relationship need not.
